When designer Deanna Brown invited me to collaborate on Amazon Music's Hecho en PR activation, we had just one week to build a production team in Puerto Rico ahead of Bad Bunny's concert. Working remotely as her project manager, I worked with local vendors, managed permits and contracts, and oversaw production logistics, serving coordinated local vendors, managed permits, contracts, production logistics, and served as the primary point of contact between Amazon Music and our partners on the island. Despite the accelerated timeline, our collaboration came together seamlessly, creating an experience that welcomed thousands of fans while supporting one of the year's most anticipated music events.
